Knanaya Identity is Divine - Don't sell your birth right for a cup of stew like Esau sold his birth right to his brother Jacob!

Dear Brothers

Knananayites & endogamy are not two separate things. Those who advocates against endogamy are in other words saying that: “Let the concept (Knanaya) die for ever”. From 4th century people have been foretelling that this community would perish & we are today in
21st century. Still we are surviving.

Peter & other apostles were caught and brought before the SANHEDRIN to be questioned by the high priest and they wanted to kill Peter and other apostles. Gamaliel a learned and revered Pharisee stood up and spoke – he said “let them go. If their acts and deeds are of human origin, it would fail and if it is of divine, you will not be able to stop these men. You will finally find yourself engaged in a war against God!”(Acts 5:39) this is what is happening today. Many a people are sincerely looking forward to see Knanaya community and its’ principles perished. Remember that this community & its’ principles have withstood the tests of times for centuries. Don’t fight against the spirits of this community and its’ people, who are a chosen lot, for you will find yourself fighting against the lord. BECAUSE, this has survived for such a long time. So it is from the GOD and not of Human.

Knanaya is a birth right. You can’t grab it, purchase it nor acquire it. God, out of his abundant love has given you this right, not because of your merit. - Such a birth right was given to Esau S/o Isaac grand son of Abraham. We should have been praying today: “oh god, Grant us a place in the laps of Abraham, Isaac and Esau, but instead we are praying to have mercy upon us and grant us a place in the laps of “Abraham, Isaac and Jacob”. Jacob is the second child of Isaac. In Abrahamic priesthood the first son is the priest and Esau (also known as Edom) as the first child & was in the direct line of the Abrahamic promise – “the earth
savor”. Abel-Seth-Shem-Abraham-Isaac-Esau. But Esau was representing mere human qualities. He despised his birth right, because as a human being he did not recognize the divine methods and did not value what he was blessed with. He was myopic & short sighted. When he returned famished he wanted food, the need of the hour was food and was littile concerned about his birth right. But Jacob recognized the value of birthright and the end result – Esau sold his birth right for some bread and lentil stew. Compare this incident with those who are teaching us to end knanaya practices & shouting from the roof tops to Stop ENDOGAMY. By doing so we will lose our birthright- Our birthright to remain as a JEW & those who are advocating us to perish are not willing to give us even a
cupful of stew, they are asking us to give up our birth right for free of cost - what a dilemma.

Now, you may again ask us what is important in remaining as a Jew. Yes, it is important to remain as a Jew. Romar 3: 1&2 says – “what advantage then is there, in being a jew, or what value is there in circumcision? Much in EVERYWAY. First of all they have been entrusted with the very words of God!” Also the bible says in his (Christ’s) second coming on the final judgment days the Jews will resurrect first and then Gentiles. Don’t forget they are the chosen lots. So we can’t afford to lose our identity as Jews because we are a chosen lot. By
mingling with others, we will lose our birth right, our Jewish nature. Our forefathers must have recognized the value of remaining a JEW before god & hence adviced us to keep your Jewish nature and identity intact “even if you go to HINDU land”. Why should I obey some one who has no credibility? When my father says “Son, remain as a knanaya and don’t mingle, why should not I heed to
my father’s advice? The very basic principle in Christianity is obeying the orders without questioning. I am not interested in logics and questions. Let us simply obey what our forefathers told lest we will follow the wolves to death.

Last but not the least, our great leader Mor Clemis Abraham – “The Lion” once roared “until the last day, until the Sun and the Moon survive - the Knanaya Community will survive”. The elements of Knanaya community can never be threatened by any outside forces.”

So wolves in the garb of sheep, you can’t succeed in your hidden agenda - ANY MORE!

Thank You;

Your Knanaya brother

Knanaya Community is a very distinct ethnic and religious group whose ancestry traces back to Abraham. Knanaya Christians, a hybrid people of Indian and Jewish descent, carved a unique niche for themselves in India. They developed a style of life that was borrowed from both their jewish and Indian progenitors but jelled into something that was essentially their own. Knananites continue to be an endogamous community.
