Knanaya team of highly professional people

Hello every one,

I have been watching most of the cricket matches since 1986; I see many differences in international cricket in all areas including body language, attitude, and aptitude.

Each domain of the area of cricket has changed. The one who can implement all those technique in the grass route level especially among the kids ----they became successful.

Look at China, How many gold medals they got it in the recent Olympics already?

The basic idea is giving training at a very young age among the selected people for the desired results.

Why don’t we (Knanaya people) think of, a knanaya team of highly professional people, including (IAS, IPS, MD’s, Scientists) by next 20 years?

Why don’t we develop our own entrance exam for all the knanaya children and find out the 100 best students in each year? (One kid from each church)

And provide

--- Educational guidance to the parents, (should be an approachable committee to public in each church (volunteers among Retired teacher, professors, etc)

--- The best possible training,

--- In the best accessible school in the country.

If the community needs to take the expenses of those children we should. (People appreciate if any one gets donations or contribution for those kinds of activity rather than build a concrete building or buy a commercial land.) We need to invest among the children.

Those children get lot of opportunity to pay back to their community.

Please correct me, if I am wrong.

As every one knows that we have three auxiliary Bishops and any one can take initiative to change the educational system or empower them (knanaya people) to make use of the best available resources for the betterment of our knanaya   community. This is one of the examples of what they (Three auxiliary bishops) could do for our community rather than limiting themselves in a particular area.

They should be able to extend their help and guidance in all knanaya churches.  They should show the courage and their ability at the challenged area in our community like

1. Alcoholism

2. Education

 3. Lack of education in mental health field

4. Family problems

5. Poor show in sports.

After all we are trying to find out and implement HIS ways through the corrected version of the above areas.

Knanaya Community is a very distinct ethnic and religious group whose ancestry traces back to Abraham. Knanaya Christians, a hybrid people of Indian and Jewish descent, carved a unique niche for themselves in India. They developed a style of life that was borrowed from both their jewish and Indian progenitors but jelled into something that was essentially their own. Knananites continue to be an endogamous community.
